I had myself a cup of puffin cereal with fat-free milk. I think it was about 140 calories, and probably could be considered healthy. There wasn't much sugar (if any at all), and probably too much milk for my taste, but hey...it's cereal. :-D
Basically, this is a big part of my 101 miles project. In order to revamp my daily life, I needed to inject some accountability into it. Now I have some: my grub diary! The goal here is for me to log in everything I eat so that I can remember how much I've eaten over the course of the day, and keep track of how my diet will improve over the course of my 101 miles. Follow along if you'd like - maybe we can learn and grow from this together! HAHAHAHAHA....cheesy.
